5.2 Combinational Method for Quantitative Analysis of Energy Efficiency

5.2.1 The Weight Determination Method Based on Rough Set Theory

Rough set theory was brought up by a Polish scientist Palawk, which is used to deal with systems that are inaccurate and not complete. There are two advantages to use rough set theory. First, when dealing with data, this theory is not influenced by outside factors and does not need any prior knowledge. It can use the data provided to analyze. Second, through attribute reduction, it can deduct redundant information. The attribute significance and weight determination method are both important research content in the rough set theory. The weight determination method that is based on rough set theory is below:
